SAP functionality implemented included HR, Time, Benefits and Payroll for over 40,000 employees in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.Global Engagement Manager Air Products and Chemicals - For the development of a Global Design Template and the implementation of SAP R/3 utilizing a consolidated single global instance for this gases and chemicals manufacturer. Co-led the transition team that restarted the effort from a previous implementation partner. After an initial evaluation of overall project status, established work plans for the 150-member team and completed the blueprint and realization activities in a four month time period for the overall Global Template. The scope of implementation also included the convergence of several key business processes into a single global model, thus streamlining and simplifying the required support models for various business units. An additional net effect of this effort was the consolidation of several diversified IT support platforms into a centralized and consolidated model.

Team member of several implementation teams for DuPont’s Americas SAP Team, relevant experiences include:• Led the design and configuration efforts that increased posting capability of sales orders into extended general ledger to include user block fields through profitability analysis module. • Designed, developed and configured group currency extraction routines for legal subsidiaries for a feed to an external consolidation and reporting system. • Led and designed year end processing and scheduling for several subsidiaries including Mexico, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Venezuela and including the US parent company.• Designed the conversion of several operating business units to cost center accounting, which included re-engineering the functional reporting of these units to allow a functional fit into the SAP hierarchy.• Led a process with several manufacturing sites to migrate non-material manufacturing costs into cost center and order accounting, allowing the integration of materials management with product costing.
