As an Inspection Foreperson at TTC, I ensure the seamless and safe operation of transit services by overseeing vehicle inspection, dispatch, maintenance, and repair. With a focus on safety and efficiency, I manage employee administration, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. My role requires quick decision-making during emergencies, breakdowns, and incidents to minimize service disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.I am passionate about continuous learning and advancing my expertise in both the technical and business aspects of transit operations. I hold a 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification and graduated from TTC’s Modified Truck and Coach Apprenticeship Program. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Algonquin College, specializing in trades management.Through my education and hands-on experience, I have developed active listening, allyship, and remote team management skills, fostering collaboration and inclusivity within my team. My goal is to leverage my technical expertise and business acumen to drive innovation and excellence in public transit, contributing to the growth and success of TTC and the communities it serves.
