As a general manger I am responsible for all areas, including responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of Bojangles income statement. I also have to maintain our profit & loss (P&L) situations monthly. I also take care of all marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. I am responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for my organization. Lastly I love doing my job and working with customers.

As a Assistant I am to ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work. Support the general manager and be fully responsible for cashing up, training and helping develop the restaurant’s identity. Bojangles makes sure that we create a culture based on trust effective leadership and total commitment that is without equal.

As a Forklift operator I move heavy materials from one point to another at the job site. I am responsible for storing and retrieving goods in the warehouse or storage area of the workplace. As new goods come in, I rotate stock so the oldest materials are used first. I have to note any damaged cartons, and crates as I store them so I can report them to the supervisor. As I retrieve materials for use or sale, the materials truck operator records items removed from inventory. Maintaining a safe, orderly work area is part of my job as a forklift operator, and I have to always be watchful of individuals in the work zone and mindful of their safety.
