Throughout my career, I have really enjoyed driving growth in sales, earnings, and free cash flow using LEAN principles and a continuous improvement mindset. I also have enjoyed driving the growth and development of the teams that I lead to achieve superior results for the business and team career satisfaction. I thrive in a culture that truly cares about the key customer’s needs and delivers that value in such a way that no one can compete underpinned by the highest integrity and ethics.I have been very fortunate to work for solid companies and organizations in various industries with diverse applications and end-markets and diverse manufacturing, distributions and service models to support those markets. I have also been fortunate to start my career at the lowest level within finance as a cost accounting clerk and worked my way up in various finance and accounting roles all the way to a global CFO with support of my teams, peers, managers and mentors along the way. I have been through the test of time and intensity that teaches you to keep challenging status quo without fear of failure and find new ways to learn, grow, and achieve more.
