Raymond co-managed and owned offices in New York, Toronto, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Futurebrand has branded and marketed real estate throughout North America and the Middle East, including developments such as The Palm, The World, Dubai Waterfront, Burj Dubai, and Dubai Marina. Ray sold his interest in FutureBrand as of the end of 2007.As a development expert, Raymond brings rigger of Strategic Branded product definition into Real Estate development. With expertise in both Branding and Architecture, Ray defines visions for differentiating unique value propositions for Real Estate thought market research, analysis, design concepts, brand strategies, marketing communications, and sales programs.In addition, Ray’s expertise in software development helped FutureBrand leverage technology to meet the changing branding and marketing landscapes.
