• Designed, developed and implemented media codec transcoding improvements for a commercially deployed Session Border Controller and created a CLI to analyze which codecs were being transcoded in real time and most frequently. • Developed proficiency working with MIBs in order to improve the accuracy and readability of other Session Border Controller UIs in the areas of: security, connectivity, quality of service, and media services.
