Negotiate with consultants firms to manage salary surveys and special studies in 23 countries in Latin America. Coordinate localizations of employees from Latin America to US, Canada or Europe.

Plan and coordinate human resources activities and maintain functions such as salary compensation administration, recruitment, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, union bargaining, employees development and payroll, for operations in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Martinique, Guadalupe, Guyana and Suriname. Supervise HR Advisors in their recruitment and benefits administrations functions. Guidance to Managers and Supervisors on employee development and morale, coordinate training and development strategies different countries. Provide advice and support to the managers and employees in labor laws, procedures, policies, disciplinary actions. Responsible for ensuring, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee through performance process, wage administration and others.
