Responsible to define an implement Talent Management strategy for key positions in the group, including the definition and roll-out of a competency assessment methodology, to define learning and development plans for all key staff. Design annual salary programs for several countries in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Caribbean and Central America for over 4,000 employees, considering variables such performance, seniority, economic and market indicators. Train Manager and Supervisor in compensation philosophy. Review and design benefits programs such as, medical plans, loans, car programs and allowances. Negotiate with consultants firms to manage salary surveys and special studies in 23 countries in Latin America. Coordinate localizations of employees from Latin America to US, Canada or Europe.

Supervise HR Advisors in their recruitment and benefits administrations functions. Guidance to Managers and Supervisors on employee development and morale, coordinate training and development strategies different countries. Provide advice and support to the managers and employees in labor laws, procedures, policies, disciplinary actions. Responsible for ensuring, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee through performance process, wage administration and others.
