Performed duties pertaining to daily management of the IT Department and Program Management/Execution/Delivery of Modernization effort; maintained responsibility for the leadership and execution of all programs under the Modernization umbrella; managed a multi-million dollar budget that includes Staffing, Consulting, Implementation, Software, and Maintenance; and executed a project that subsequently won the 2013 SIM (Society for Information Management) Excellent Award for Outstanding and Innovative use of Technology, and was a finalist for the 2013 MIRA AwardsDirectly manage a team of Project Managers, Project Analysts and Business Analysts; actively managing a PeopleSoft Pension Administration Implementation replacing the backbone of INPRS IT Systems; partnered with CherryRoad Technologies to achieve best PeopleSoft experience possible; successfully managed the implementation of a custom application which enables all INPRS’s Employers to electronically report detailed Payroll data; and implemented Oracle Financials E-Business Suite R12 that replaced INPRS’s legacy Financial Systems.

Provided Senior Project Management and Leadership on various Marketing efforts within the Engine Business Unit; assisted with Cummins’ activities surrounding enterprise Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence architecture and standardization.Served in the following roles, with respective responsibilities:Project Manager and Lead Architect of a Business Intelligence application moving a Mainframe Focus database to a newly designed Data Warehouse environment; Project Manager of a Data Warehouse application that integrated data from various sources within Cummins Inc.; Project Manager and Architect of a large Data Warehouse which integrated multiple data sources for tracking and analyzing Extended Coverage data; and IT lead on a Six Sigma project that implemented a corporate-wide CDI (Customer Data Integration) product.

Managed a Data Warehouse deployment involving the Actuarial Systems’ application; and facilitated project focus by major enhancements to increase performance of ETL and EUL reporting.

Served as the Functional Architect of the DCW (DFAS Corporate Warehouse), which entailed performing as the Lead Architect and Manager of the design team; lead a DCW functional team; and managed logical design of the DCW, PL/SQL generation, Cognos cube/report assistance, and administration of the Oracle Designer repository.
