I am a corporate communications professional with a long and varied track record of leading and managing integrated communications for senior leaders in large multinational organizations. Over the years, I have played lead and managerial roles across all aspects of internal and external at globalized organizations such as IBM, Cisco Systems, the Linde Group, and the Tata Group on the in-house side. On the agency side, I have created and delivered internal and digital communications strategies and campaigns for Accenture, SAP, GE, Mercedes Benz Trucks, and GSK, among others, during my tenure at the WPP Group. I am deeply familiar with the ever-changing technology industry landscape and the communication needs of executives at fast-paced tech, industrial, and education organizations. I have worked extensively with regional business leaders to translate their vision and strategy into communications programs that build a bond. In doing so, I have collaborated effectively and efficiently with business and communications teams spanning the enterprise, in India and the South Asian neighborhood. I am well conversant with managing the internal political and socio-cultural sensitivities across the Indian sub-continent and navigating through the local ambiguities to get work done. We live and work in an era of fast proliferating artificial intelligence (AI) tools. I am adept at harnessing the power of the latest Generative AI platforms for communications needs and turning them into my allies, while remaining mindful of their limitations and pitfalls. On the creative front, I am a published author. The iconic author, Mr. Ruskin Bond has selected one of my stories for a book due out in 2024. Another short story has been published in an anthology by Notion Press as part of their ‘Long Story Short’ contest.
