As Chief Executive of Building Services and Environmental Consultancy, chapmanbdsp I am responsible for our overall performance and growth of the company.I am passionate about engineering, where my principal focus is always to deliver the client brief with care and precision. My skill is in understanding occupier needs and the commercial realities of development. I act in lease negotiations, rent reviews and in a development advisory capacity.I am dedicated to ensuring that the building is suitable for the occupier. Building services are often the largest single spend and are vital to occupier satisfaction and business continuity. When I'm not in the office, you will probably find me on the golf course.

  I joined the company (previously Chapman Bathurst) in 1995 to head up the London office, acquiring the practice through a management buyout in 2003. In 2012, I led the merger between Chapman Bathurst and BDSP, a move which I believe has strengthened the business position in the market, enabling the practice to service prestigious major projects in both the UK and overseas.
