When business travelers or family members can’t use their own devices, choose their own channels to message, stream, surf and shop, airlines and operators are going to struggle to gain passenger engagement - personal data, sponsorship, advertising, and loyalty.Increasing revenues, enhancing margins and driving customer loyalty requires a sophisticated full service partner. Let’s connect and I can share some insights with you based on our experiences serving your peers across a broad range of aviation stakeholders.My professional experience begins with a military background (10 years as commissioned officer) combined with a career as a consultant, business development, sales manager and pre-sales engineer for the telecommunications and aerospace industries (25 years in total). My goal is to use the leadership and management skills acquired in school and during my military life, along with the experience gathered in the business and technical community, in order to manage higher responsibilities in corporations dedicated to innovative technologies in the telecommunications and aviation industries.My specialties include experience in business development, sales, design and presales stages of service provider networks, including wireless, wireline, voice, data, optical, management.
