-Day to day operations of a 501(c)(3) organization focused on promoting jiu-jitsu and community engagement.-Organize memberships and develop class structures to accommodate various skill levels and age groups.-Proactively communicate with parents and members through email, text, and phone calls, ensuring effective engagement and addressing any concerns.-Implement successful fundraising initiatives to secure necessary equipment and services for the club.-Drive marketing efforts through social media platforms and community outreach to increase club visibility and attract new members.-Lead jiu-jitsu sessions for both children and adults, providing instruction and fostering a positive and inclusive training environment.
