I combine my extensive international commercial experience with my understanding of the psychology of individuals, teams and organisations to support leaders to manage change. I am an Hult Ashridge accredited executive coach and member of the EMCC.My coaching experience over the last 18 years covers a broad range of clients from FTSE companies through privately owned organisations to NGO’s. This includes organisations in a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, engineering, financial services, business services, retail and FMCG. I also have extensive experience working with international clients based outside of the UK from different cultural backgrounds including Europe, India, North Africa, Central Africa and the Middle East.I provide tailored executive coaching programs to enhance the learning, development and performance of my clients. My international experience allows me to coach across borders and offer support to clients working in today’s multi-cultural business environment. This involves coaching programmes to help clients understand and work with cultural differences and to build their ability to adapt to new environments when they are working internationally.I also deliver leadership development and training both in one to one coaching situations and in facilitating groups and teams. I am able to work across a broad range of leadership subjects and draw upon contemporary ideas and models in working with clients.I have over 20 years of international business experience working with large multinational organisations. I was CFO of Global IT Solutions at Electrolux and held several international Finance Director posts with Diageo Plc. My work as a senior finance executive in these organisations has allowed me to build a broad commercial knowledge and a wide ranging network.
