I am the Managing Principal of Florida Operations for Lawrence Group.My current role affords me the opportunity to provide Healthcare Design focused expertise, insight and direction to Clients, design, and community partners. I am also charged with ensuring that Florida Healthcare Operations, and project delivery outcomes, are successfully meeting the goals of our Strategic Plan. I am responsible for ensuring that Florida offices meet or exceed business plan goals through thought leadership, the delivery of quality services, the professional development of our team members and through the maintenance and development of clients within the various markets we service.My professional focus is ensuring that the projects I oversee deliver quantifiable results across scope, schedule and budgetary metrics. I bring to bear a professional history of consistency and reliability as well as an energetic design perspective that’s balanced by the pragmatic nature of my experience in project management and project administration. I am a Leadership Tampa Alumni (LT’17) and serve on the Hillsborough County Community Action Board, the City of Tampa Community Advisory Committee, the City of Tampa Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council and the Advisory Council for the Florida Center for Community Design and Research. I’m one of six Florida architects recently (January, 2020) recognized by the American Institute of Architects as a “Citizen Architect” for the advocacy efforts I’ve contributed to within my community and was also recognized in 2020 by the AIA Tampa Bay with the Bob Levison Award for “exemplary service to the chapter, the community and the profession of architecture.” And, in 2010, I was recognized with the “President’s Award” by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the AIA.In my time away from work I enjoy photography, running, tennis and visits to local museums with my family.
