• I was engaged to deliver a solution for Flight Centre to facilitate the daily synchronisation of financial information between HQ and the 1200 stores across the country. This has been recognised as a perpetual problem.
• Assessing the systems architecture and environment currently in place, and working with Flight Centre staff and other contractors to recommend a solution / approach.
• Eliciting business and technical requirements via short form analysis.
