Worked with Azure Active Directory for single sign-on, authentication, authorization, and Azure Role-based Access Control (RBAC). Managed the rate limit by the requests which will quickly cause Azure DevOps Services to enforce rate limits as per needs. To reduce the risk of hitting the rate limits, we followed the best practices while using the REST APIs to integrate with Azure DevOps Services.
