- Drafting Clauses to incorporate into Service Agreements as per client’s requirements- Data Entry of candidate profiles- Responsible to order office supplies- Writing job descriptions- Matching invoices and receipts to bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis- Sourcing experienced candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed based on specific job descriptions - Coordinate background checks as per client requirements

As a part time student coordinator for GMS 630 my responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate which day and time each student is available for presentations.2. Coordinate with external executives when they would be available to serve as mentors and judges.3. Maintain and share a comprehensive list of meeting times and dates with mentors and teams.4. Develop and share a schedule of case presentations for the first two presentations, which are done in teams from mixed programs/majors.5. Prepare lists of teams from each Department/Major for their final case presentation.6. Coordinate with CCS to ensure that we have support for several concurrent virtual presentations and to ensure that each presentation is recorded and subsequently shared with each student and external judge.
