I wrote, manage, sent and recieve correspondencies between Hazakura and their partners, e.g.the Departement of Transportation. I am currently managing partnership between Hazakura and Mangafest UGM 2024.

In this role, I designed, installed, maintained and updated the wayfindings in various bus stop points. These wayfinding includes information such as bus lines, routes, tarrifs, payment methods, waiting time and operational time. Transport for Yogyakarta is a community dedicated to advocating public transport in Yogyakarta.

After being officially inaugurated as a permanent member, my responsibilities expanded significantly, requiring me to take a more active role in the internal management of the unit. I became involved in overseeing first responder recruitment, training, and deployment as needed. During several large-scale events, I was tasked with supervising, directing, and mentoring the first responder team, which often included newer members. My role primarily focused on management and training. Additionally, I specialized in the Drugs Management Unit, where I deepened my knowledge of drug usage and management. As a requirement to joining this unit, I authored an article on drug management, which helped solidify my understanding of the field.

During my time as a Member Candidate, I was tasked with demonstrating the skills and knowledge I acquired during my earlier training. I participated in more and more first aid stations in multiple events. During this role, I was involved with many team building activities and leadership opportunities, such as directing weekly lessons and mentoring new members, thus giving me the experience to learn and grow as a team person and a leader. Successfully completing this phase allowed me to transition into a Permanent Member of the unit.

Tamu Saka or Scouts Unit Guest is the second step towards becoming a permanent member. In this role, I received more training to specialise in more in-depth health topics such as environmental health and safety, healthy living and health management. I also received more advanced and complex training scenarios in first aid administration. These training provided me with skills to handle more complex challenges in the field.

Peminat Saka or Scouts Unit Enthusiast is the first and inroductory step of entering a Scouts Work Unit. In the beginning of my journey, I received several basic training in first aid and life support, and ethical practices of first aid administration. To put my training into practice, I was assigned to several events as a first responder such as the Garebeg Maulud 2023, Wayang Jogja Night Carnival 2023, and to help man the medical post at the 2023 Eid Al-Fitr posts.

I participated as a musician (guitarist) in a medium orchestra-like ensamble setting, working with multiple other musicians. This role has provided me with the privilege of working with well-talented individuals, whether it be the other musicians or the director/conductor. This role also had had a significant impact on my musical development, giving me the skills to work with multiple musicians, sight reading and quick adaptiations, and exposure to different styles of music composed by many musicians and instructors. During this period, I have performed in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in Jakarta three times as a part of a yearly cultural exchange between The Yogyakarta Provincial Government and Yogyakarta Pavilion in TMII.
