About Ray York

A Northwest Native, Ray was born and raised in Eastern Snohomish County. The York family owned three sawmills in the Arlington and Oso areas where Ray worked after school. After graduating from high school Ray worked a variety of jobs from manufacturing to overhead doors to food service and lumber sales, but the call to be in sales was very strong.In the early 2000’s he was running one of the most successful online optics retailers in the nation when the real estate bug bit, Ray went into Site Sales for Quadrant Homes in 2007. Here he earned many awards as a top producer across the Northwest region. In 2011 he went to work for DR Horton in Site Sales and was eventually promoted to Sales Manager. In 2015 Ray became the Vice President of Sales for Pacific Ridge Homes. In his roles as Sales Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing, Ray negotiated 20-60 home sales per month as the seller’s representative.In 2016 Ray left the corporate world and started the York Team Real Estate with his wife Beth. Since that time the York Team has been a top producing group at Keller Williams Greater Seattle with sales all over Washington State. In his spare time, Ray enjoys playing golf, bike riding and traveling. Ray and Beth have three adult children and are an established Eastside family.
