Handled conflicts with over 1000 active patrons of UW intramural athletics. Coordinated game and tournament setup and execution. Oversee a team of 60 referees and 90 undergraduate, graduate, and staff teams for intramural sports. Promoted to position after excelling in previous roles with the program.

Officiated a variety of intramural sports in a team environment and was awarded staff of the week by my superiors out of over 50 employees, tasks included conflict management, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the rules of the game under high pressure situations.

Worked with Campaign and Field Managers to coordinate campaign strategies for Congresswoman Young Kim's 2024 reelection effort. Conducted voter engagement, reaching out to thousands of constituents across California's 40th District through attending door launches, fundraising events, and digital outreach.

Was a member of the fraternity’s Executive Council and planned the logistics of 300-400 member events. Oversaw the complex operations and management of a business. Translated (Mandarin) contract negotiations with wholesalers, researched, reviewed, and presented important documents such as NDAs, arbitration forms, management services agreements, etc. Managed the point of transaction and was a translator between the doctors, nurses, and executives. Worked closely with the CEO to develop marketing strategies, worked on informative PowerPoints for seminars explaining the company product, and created spreadsheets for monthly payroll, signed documents, etc.

Orchestrated community impact projects in Santa Ana for kids aged 7-16 in low-income neighborhoods.

Facilitated and wrote group discussions for youth aged 10-15 that focused on sustainability and civil rights as important contemporary issues.
