I am an experienced researcher and entrepreneur with a high motivation to address new technological, scientific and managerial challenges in innovative ways. I pride myself on being a fast learner and a team player with a can-do attitude. I hold an MSc in agronomy (The Hebrew University) and a PhD in functional genomics and biotechnology (Ben Gurion University) specializing in plant specialized metabolites and aroma compound formation. I also hold an MBA in bio-management. I am currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Vanilla Vida, an innovative Foodtech and Agtech company dedicated to growing natural vanilla via data-driven insights and advanced growth and curing protocols. Prior to Vanilla Vida, my decade-long industry experience included participation in scaleup processes prior to product launch and leading innovative Ag-Tech R&D projects.
