In a B2B environment, I used a Linux terminal, a B2B platform (https://www.bocp.eu/) and Microsoft Excel to handle tasks such as invoicing, receiving inventory, transferring products to physical stores, supplier and client relations and inventory management.

As part of the Sykes team, I focused on providing timely solutions and quality service for various requests from Expedia's partners and affiliates.

I delivered timely solutions for hardware and software problems for Microsoft products such as Xbox, Surface and Band. I used soft skills to offer quality support service to requests from Europe, EMEA and Africa and used the English language to communicate problem resolutions. Tasks included software troubleshooting via Microsoft Windows OS for issues relating to OS, connectivity and user account settings and billing.

I helped business students from various classes, including accounting, economics and business computations, to understand and process their academic concepts.
