As the current Head/Additional Director of Student Affairs Institute of Space Technology, primary focus is on strengthening the academia-industry linkage to ensure optimal student placements. Other important work domains include but not limited to managing alumni affairs, counseling & orientation sessions, event management, overseeing student societies, and promoting sports on campus. Over the course of a decade, active engagement with Space Technology Education and Popularization including the implementation of the World Space Week Project in collaboration with the National Space Agency of Pakistan. Planned and managed over 200 space-themed activities/events aimed at educating and raising awareness among students in schools, colleges, and universities. Over 40,000 students from all over Pakistan were engaged with a media impression of over 10 million viewership. Successfully managed Space-themed projects worth more than PKR 40 million and worked to promote outreach and public relations, including interacting with both print and electronic media. Efforts of creating a vibrant campus community, fostering affiliations, industry linkages and effective alumni engagement have instrumentally contributed in enhancing the reputation of the institution.Earlier served as an accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in the BPO operations. As a former team lead at Ovex Technologies, a subsidiary of En Pointe Technologies, USA, played a key role in delivering high-quality core IT solutions for hardware and software licensing and services to US State and Local Govt customers. Expertise in using SAP, skilled communication and ability to manage a team of customer support professionals delivered exceptional results for clients and the company. Started career as a Lecturer Computer science and effectively managed academic affairs as Senior Section Head at reputed institutions. Experience of academic management helped him to develop strategies to enhance the quality of education and improve student outcomes.
