Ventana Medical Systems Inc., Strasbourg, France VMSI supplies diagnostic instruments and reagent systems to health care providers around the world through wholly owned subsidiaries in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia.Project activities: European multi-org/multi currency implementation to support the existing US supply chain and manufacturing operation - Oracle 11.5.10 French, UK and German Sets of Books with multiple warehouses  Responsible for implementing 3 Purchasing operating units and 5 supporting Inventory organizations with Standard Costing Completed AIM documents including CV010, CV040, MD020, MD050, BP080, BR030, BR100 and TE040 Provided Intercompany Invoicing solutions for:- ‘Internal Drop Shipment’ -when selling and shipping was done to the end customers from different operating units and Sets of Books- Internal Requisition/Internal Order across operating units belonging to different Sets of Books  Made numerous changes to the INV/PO/AP/AR/GL standard forms to meet the business requirements utilizing Form Personalization Assisted developers in item conversion and their cost

 iProcurement: Implemented iProcurement in multi-currency / multi-org environment for MidAmerican’s Philippines and US operations.  Supply Based Management (INV/PO): Introduced and implemented solutions to streamline inventory replenishment by utilizing Min-Max Planning and ASR/ASL (Automatic Sourcing Rules & Approved Supplier List) for the warehouses. Cycle Count (Inventory): Implemented automatic and manual cycle counts to achieve inventory optimization and distribution controls Global Consolidation System: Prepared preliminary business analysis and requirements for GCS. Designed a new COA, a parent set of books, rollup groups, and mapping sets. Conducted conference room pilots to cover main features of GCS including Workbench and State Controller. P2P including (INV, PO, iPro, AP, iExp and ultimately GL)
