As a Food Scientist, I have 15 Years of work experience in the areas of R&D, Quality Assurance, and Academia within the domains of Food Processing, Dairy and Meat Sciences, Food Biotechnology, Human Nutrition, Food-systems. I earned my Doctorate from the University of Lorraine, France in Food Processing and Biotechnology (2012) and almost 06 years working as a researcher on various industrial and government-based projects at world-renowned Universities and research centers of Canada e.g. University of Laval, Quebec (2012-2013), AAFC Sherbrooke, Canada (2013-2014) and McGill University, Montreal (2015-2017). Resolved various industrial issues and challenges while working on various industrial projects from Saputo, Agropur, Lassonde, Bill Gates, and Melinda Foundation, etc.I also possess Senior Level Experience in Project Management/administration, Worked as Pioneer Head of the Department at the University of Central Punjab, Pakistan (2019-2022).
