Carabetul means the right way. Carabetul has been my approach to life and work for a long time. Pursue truth and try to do the right things and do it right, at the right times. Not for fame and rewards.For dignity as a human being.Practising it caused me a lot of grief in school, in campus and at work. And also in my private life.It’s actually nothing new and not that difficult to practise. It’s in our DNA as a human being. We were all born free but lost our freedom trying to fit in.We need to actively protect and nurture our independent mindset.All great leaders pursue and practise carabetul. They were and are leaders because they can recognise crap and don’t tolerate bullshitters, charlatans and posers.They are not afraid to openly question soceital norms and half truths. They dare to redefine a lot of things when faced with the evidence.Many true innovators and business leaders are advocators and practise carabetul.For now, Carabetul is challenging the conventional thinking about how to start businesses. We are joining like-minded business thinkers on advocating a better way.To move forward we need to do the right things the right way not only for business but for everything else, too.Live life with a mission.
