I'm Razali, but you can call me RazzMy career began in the technical trenches of IT - think software development, tech support, and systems administration. I was the go-to guy for untangling code and keeping systems running smoothly. Those early roles were like tech boot camp, giving me a solid foundation in how technology works (and sometimes doesn’t).But as much as I loved the tech side, I realized I wanted to do more than just keep the digital wheels turning. I wanted to see how technology could drive real change in the business world.So, I ventured beyond the server room.Armed with curiosity, I dove into sales, marketing, consulting, and cloud technologies.It was a bit like a techie walking into a boardroom full of suits - but I was determined to make an impact. Along the way, I worked across industries as diverse as telco, banking, FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, and even a startup in the golf industry. Each new role pushed me to adapt, innovate, and sometimes, laugh at how much there was still to learn.At age 11, I was diagnosed with protan - red-green color blindnessWhat could have been a challenge became a superpower. It taught me to approach problems from new angles and to communicate in ways that were clear and impactful, even if I wasn’t seeing the full color spectrum. It also gave me a fresh perspective on how I perceive things and approach life - if I can make it work for me, it’s going to show others that there’s beauty in seeing the world differentlyNow, as I tackle this exciting new phase of my life, I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned to the table. My journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, turning challenges into strengths and applying a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
