* Deal with the PRO in matters related to renewing employment Visas and labor contracts or issuing new labor contacts and employment visas for the new joiners.* Day-to-Day tasks related to employees as issuing salary certificates or reviewing their leave requests after obtaining prior approval from their line manager and checking their balance leave .( Using the Build Smart System) * Monitoring the daily attendance of the staff in case of absence or delay attending to work and informing their line manager, and incase this incident occurred for three times per month , an email will be sent to the employee to deduct half a day from his salary . Regarding the Payroll , the process is as follows :* Receive the approved overtime from the operation manager on the 10th of every month to update the record on our HR ERP system.* Update the HR system with the monthly deductions as ( absence , advance salaries) if any. * Update the HR system with the monthly additions ( reimbursement related to medical bills or fuel consumption bills ).* Generate the initial payroll report for final review with the Accounts department incase of any changes or clarifications.* Generate the final payroll report for the Management approval, and for accounts to transfer the salaries.
