With over eight years of experience in the humanitarian field, I am a passionate and dedicated Child Protection Case Manager. I provide comprehensive assessment, referral, and support services to children and families affected by violence, displacement, and abuse in Jordan. I have a master degree in mangmant information system , and a very good skills in Microsoft Office.My mission is to advocate for the rights, decisions, strengths, and needs of children and families, and to promote their access to resources, services, psychosocial support, and family counseling. I have successfully conducted field visits, case studies, reports, action plans, and best interest determinations for children in vulnerable situations, using Primero system and child-friendly spaces. I have also supervised and managed a team of Syrian volunteers and communicated with community members to determine their needs and preferences. I am eager to explore new opportunities that would help me to grow, gain more skills and experience, and advance my career in the humanitarian field.My work experience was eight years as a case manager in the International Medical Corps office and covering the south, and I also worked in the UNHCR office (Community Support Committees) for two years.
