In Al-Mohammadi Group, My role was to assist the accountants available to preform accounts for 5 companies. Mainly my financial role was to monitor 5 companies bank balances to keep sufficient balances for any post dated cheques. Moreover, I prepared cheques for petty cash replenishment and suppliers. I was also responsible for paying 5 outlets monthly utilities as well as following-up with customers for payment.

I was assigned to assist collage advisory to advise new admitted students, explain role of academic advising department. Prepare activities related to our department and set graduation plans for students

As an Intern, My role was to assist the recruitment officer to prepare new offers for new joiners, arrange staff files to make sure all required and needed documents are available. Finally, as I joined at the end of year, I was asked to match each employee job position with job description and organization structure.
