Researched and analyzed the sustainability of financing early childhood development programs in six low-to-middle income countries (namely Ghana, India, Jamaica, Moldova, Peru and South Africa) and provided recommendations for long-term financial sustainability. Shared recommendations and results with the respective UNICEF country offices to potentially implement policy change which would help uplift communities where these programs are most needed.The research was carried out for a capstone project under the guidance of Professor Timothy Smeeding at La Follettee School of Public Affairs, in addition to the valuable effort and brilliant contribution of four other team members.The research paper is currently pending publication at UNICEF Office of Research - Innocenti.

Conducted a cost-benefit analysis for the Brookings Institute office in Beijing where we evaluated the expected outcomes of substituting coal with natural gas as the main source of energy in rural areas. In this analysis, we forecasted future prices of coal and natural gas, quantified the cost of pollution and the cost of availing natural gas. The purpose of this project was to not only to understand the statistical methods and approach used while conducting a cost-benefit analysis, but it was also a push to switch to clean energy and alleviate pollution in densely populated areas in China.This project was carried out with the impeccable efforts of three colleagues under the guidance of Professor Emilia Tjernstrom in conjunction with the Brookings Institute in China for the Cost-Benefit Analysis course at the La Follette School of Public Affairs.

Equilibrium is an undergraduate research journal within the department of economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. It aims to highlight the research conducted by undergraduates studying the various intersections of economics and how it impacts our day-to-day decisions at a micro and macro level.• Managed an editorial team of 12 authors and 10 editors to print and circulate over 250 copies around campus• Published 14 -16 articles annually in the economics journal which discuss the theses and research of undergraduate students and distinguished UW-Madison alumni• Self-taught software skills necessary for illustration and publications, namely Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
