My job involves ensuring everything from planning to delivery runs smoothly, and I've been in this role for over three years. I studied Biology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and am a certified professional coder, with ongoing training in production and inventory management (CPIM).In my role, I work closely with various teams to enhance our processes and customer satisfaction. This has involved leading projects that have improved Line Item Fill Rate (LIFR) by 15%, reduced backorders by $1.2M, and increase inventory metrics by 20%. My analytical and problem-solving skills have been crucial in navigating complex logistics challenges, ensuring we support scientific research and innovation with high-quality service.I’m passionate about using data to drive better decision-making and continually improve how we operate.
