• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).• Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies in charges.• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.• Review AR aging and contact customers to request payment or solve payment discrepancies.• Assist with monthly invoicing procedures.

• Taking comprehensive notes for the Marketing and Investment Committee meetings• Utilize project management software Notion to track and document company data• Input and track all executable decisions and trades from investment committee meetings into an excel spreadsheet• Document all crypto transactions in a spreadsheet• Compile and organize all meeting notes and transmitted them to the Company’s Board of Directors using DocuSign• Update and maintain company level KPIs on a monthly basis• Prepare due diligence memos for all projects and vendors• Create content for marketing campaigns and projects with a strategic approach
