Provided variety of business services and tax consultancy. AS a tax accountant I do individual tax return, GST and BAS. I also prepare small company’s income statement for tax purpose as well. In our service, most of the time we do face to face communication which help us build customer rapport. For an example, when we do individual tax return, we take interview of our clients first to fill up our structured interview form which is provided by AITP then we put that in computer by using specialised tax software which is Handy tax. We do bookkeeping where we use specialised software MYOB, Quick book. We use Microsoft excel and Office as well for our calculation and general purposes.
