I received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Management Information System and a Master in Professional in Accounting from the University of Texas, at Austin. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).After graduating from UT-Austin, I began my career in public accounting with a Big-4 accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), in Dallas, TX. At PwC, I have worked with several large public and private clients in various industries from oil & gas, manufacturing, wholesale & retail and not-for-profit. In addition to audit, I gained valuable experience in preparing complex individual, partnerships, and corporation tax returns while on short-term rotation to PwC Tax. Currently, I am an Advanced Accountant in financial reporting group at Marathon Oil Company in Houston, TX.
