The job is about coordinating all actions involving customers such as welcoming guests, ordering, delivering the food & beverages and supervise financial transactions.

- Meeting with clients to discuss their practical and emotional needs.- Assisting with domestic tasks including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and washing.- Helping clients to apply for jobs, disability grants, and housing loans.- Making case notes and managing the case logbook.- Helping clients to participate in leisure activities.

-Help customers identify and purchase products they desire- Main duties include selling, restocking and merchandising.- Provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

-Working closely with patients and delegated nurses, ensuring the patients are comfortable and safe.- Monitoring patient's condition by taking temperatures weight, respiration and pulses.- Toileting, dressing beds and talking to the patient throughout the day to make sure they’re needs are satisfied and overall happy.

- Support people with learning disabilities to the highest standard and in line with their support plan, cultural needs and wishes.- Look for opportunities to use Personalized Technology to increase people’s independence.- Designing care plans that best suit the clients' needs.- Participate in learning and development opportunities as required.

- Ensuring that customers have a satisfying dining experience by answering queries, taking orders and providing detailed information on menu- Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, knowing of allergens and money handling.

-To assist clients with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence,using aids and personal equipment i.e. hoists, assistive technology etc. in line with theirindividual care plans. - To contribute to the clients review process, along with the Team Leaders and all other involvedparties, by using your knowledge of assisting the clients in meeting the desired outcomes.- To communicate effectively with clients, carers and other professionals.
