I am a practical behavioral economist.I founded the company RatioMoney in order to apply behavioral economics concepts in the business world. Under this operation, I provide consultation to big companies and dominant entities within the national diamond exchange.I was always fascinated by the culinary world. Therefore, I was a partner in a few food businesses. I see each restaurant as a sampling lab to research human behavior consumption habits and decision-making. When I apply a process or test an experiment, the results are immediate through hundreds of clients' actions, and so, I'm learning many new discoveries. From the combination of behavioral economics and the culinary world, I founded my second company MenuMoney and developed the “Menuling” method, a unique technique to increase restaurants profitability just by editing the menu. MenuMoney is providing its services to a great variety of restaurants and food chains of all kinds.For me, behavioral economics is a way of living.
