In just six months, we successfully released the first version of the app, and then continued to expand its functionality by adding new features.One of the key roles I played was establishing efficient workflows within the team. As the leader of a team of four developers, I was not only involved in coding, but also coordinated the team's efforts, ensuring close collaboration and delivering a high-quality end product. This experience allowed me not only to significantly impact the app's development, but also to enhance my skills in project management and team leadership.
