I have a BA in Digital Marketing from Coventry University, where I learned how to create engaging and effective digital content and campaigns. As a Technical Support Engineer at Xtremax, I provided technical assistance and troubleshooting for various web and cloud services as well as engage with clients to provide customer support. During my time with Mediacorp, I provide video editing and motion graphics. I also have skills in videography and Adobe Creative Suite, which I developed through my previous work as a Motion Graphic Designer and as a hobby. Before working for Mediacorp, I served as a Neighbourhood Police Officer at the Singapore Police Force, where I gained valuable experience in public order, public safety, tactical combats, community engagement, and teamwork. I am passionate about using my technical and creative skills to support the digital transformation in the future position.
