Having worked with various NGO's and RWA's, we noticed that there was something wrong with the allocation of resources towards the problems faced by our society. After studying various organisations and how their presence impacts our society, we found that the problem wasn't the unavaiablity of resources, it was the scattered distribution of resources, which in turn reduced the level of potential impact. Hence, we sat down to build a model that works to intergrate the four key aspects of our society - The Youth, Social welfare groups, Start-Up's and Politicians. Each of them holds a responsible position in our society, therefore this model focuses on bringing them onto one platform to discuss, ideate and construct a solution to a real problem and work to pool in resources to execute the same. This model is what we call 'The Union'.

After my stint with RedMist, I joined Inertia to establish the brand presence in the market. During my short tenure at Inertia, I was successful in taking the brand to various educational institutions and ensured brand loyalty from the customers. I worked with the founders in business development and helped in refining internal business processes. We developed growth plans for Inertia and laid down a tentative roadmap for execution.

What started off as a FaceBook page, initiated my journey into the world of entrepreneurship. RedMist was a lot of things, all of my curiosity bundled into one start-up. If I look back with a clear view today, I had created a platform for myself to try and test different ideas. After a crucial learning phase at the age of 17, RedMist came to life, where I tried converting my existing network into business opportunities. It started off with custom merchandising, which became a primary vertical of Redmist. A lot of orders started pouring in, and through little experience and help, I managed to serve as many customers as possible without any complaints. However, many times we did face the wrath due to errors in the final product. Some of the clients included:-Bangalore Literature Festival-St Josephs Boys High School-Mount Carmel College-St Josephs College of Commerce-Dr BR Ambedkar Medical College-The Improv-Hussain DayThrough this, I went onto setting up a store at Koramangala in Bangalore, where the idea was to retail t-shirts and party merchandise. The store existed for almost 8 months before we had to shut shop due to lack of planning. Along with custom merchandise, we expanded into event management. A team was formed to execute colleges fests - This being the primary market for the merchandise business. Our team represented Vh1 Supersonic 101 at campuses, with over 25 campuses being covered across the country. The team worked with the SuperCrew to execute the events and ensure smooth flow of schedule. We worked with MTV BollyLand with Benny Dayal which was a phenomenal show. Conceptualised and executed Campus Roadies with Raghu Ram, Part of the production team of The Improv with Danish Sait and Saad Khan, Movie promotion with Jaqueline and Arjun Rampal for Roy are some of the projects completed by Redmist Entertainment.
