Trained all the new appointed staff and retrained all of the employees of Housekeeping as per the standard. In December 2002, given responsibilities of the opening a new property of 150 rooms Luxury hotel in town. Started working on that project. Successfully opened the Luxury Hotel “CASSELLS ROYAL RESIDENCE” in October 2003.  Prepare the budget for the Housekeeping Department for both hotels. Involvement in the strategic planning and target setting for the hotels. Supervision of housekeeping Team Members.
