CurrentKey ResponsibilityProject Analysis:Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. (if required)Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise.Project /Practice ManagementCreates and executes project work plans with project manager and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.( get report from project manager)Create and Manage task lists for individual. ( Absence of Project manager )Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. (get report from project manager)Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.Ensures the entire project is stored and documented appropriately.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Project DevelopmentCode, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate server, hardware, database, and programming technology.Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.Write new program code using prescribed specifications.Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Analyze client/server and web based software solutions compatibility with company requirements.
