 Created a project charter to kickoff the governance for the P2P (Procure to Pay) program. Identified and prioritized the issues that were preventing us from not being able to pay our vendors on time. To address the end-to-end process, grouped/divided the issues into major process areas like Sourcing to Contract, Requisition to Approval, PO to Receipt, Procure to Invoice, Invoice to Payment, Supplier Management to Performance and solved the problems based on those relevant buckets appropriately.  Divided the program into 3 major phases : 1) Clearing the backlog, 2) Tackling the baseload, and 3) Business process optimization. Created a project plan based on the fit-gap analysis and defined the deliverables with assigned owners and respective deadlines in ClickUp, which became the single source of truth/the living and breathing document. Organized the project plan by Solution Design, Production Deployment, Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Configure & Build, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Dived into the most important items like Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Segregation of Duties (SoD) right away while working on the low hanging fruits/quick win items in the side. Built decks to report on the bi-weekly status updates to the steering committee. Wrote reports to show the weekly progress to the C-suite executives. Populated action items, meeting minutes, and agenda items from both internal meetings and meetings with external third party partners. Ran pivots to visualize the aging reports for different suppliers. Followed up with stakeholders to track the project schedule. Divided issues into different classes based on the resolution time like : 1) Short term : <72 hours, 2) Medium Term : < 4 weeks, 3) Longer term : > 1 month. Understood the process flow and interdependency/interrelationship between different front end/upstream, intermediary, and back end/downstream applications.

 Requested, collected, verified and organized USMCA Certificates for NFI Group companies.  Ensured data accuracy in the documentation received and in the database.  Assisted with the development of a process to maintain the USMCA database in the future.  Researched customs compliance best practices and recommended improvements to internal processes. Coordinated with more than 800 vendors and suppliers worldwide to make sure the proper customs documentation was available for each for the part; Mitigated the compliance risk by ensuring the certificates from each supplier to prevent the duty as it was almost 2% of the revenue that was worth $30 million annually, which killed the margin drastically. Performed the regional value content calculation and Tariff Shift to ascertain that the individual parts and the buses and shells as a whole cleared the priority treatment threshold criterion. Used Oracle for pre-population of data and Power BI for visualization and detailed analysis. Utilized DWGFinder for cross referencing and identifying the Vendor Part Numbers. Tracked the purchase orders and invoices in case suppliers were not able to recognize the parts. Discovered all the harmonized tariff classes and countries of origins to figure out the amount of duties.  Found the originating parts to meet the NAFTA/USMCA agreements and duty free preferential treatments.

 Selected appropriate rating system adaptations and credit categories for different levels of certifications. Worked as a subject matter expert to ensure all minimum program requirements and prerequisites were met. Depending on the commercial (core and shell)/residential (home) or industrial project, decided whether it was going to be either BD+C or O+M or Homes.  Created Point metrics based on the conversations with the clients, by reviewing the architectural layout documents, and by visiting the sites especially for the location and transportation credits. Some buffers were kept so that in case if a project failed to achieve some targeted credits, it was still able to clear the threshold for certification.  Coordinated with MEP/Architectural consultant to provide LEED guideline regarding the plumbing flow rates, open space, greenfield, and installations. Followed ASHRAE 62.1 version 2010 for ventilation and ASHRAE 90.1 version 2010 for equipment. Created profiles to apply for registration, reviewed and checked the design and construction documents for accuracy before uploading and submitting on LEED online. Assisted the individuals who did the simulation by using the Equest software as the number of potential attainable points in the Energy and Atmosphere category was depended upon the amount of energy saved. Communicated with the third party energy auditors to make sure they had the materials that they needed. to submit their report to USGBC.

 Worked on multibillion dollar capital projects (Line 3 Replacement, Sandpiper) for Enbridge Energy Inc. Designed more than thousand miles long liquid pipeline that started from AB, Canada and ended at WI, USA that had two different diameters of 34” & 36” respectively. Created spreadsheets for Road Crossings, Uncased Railroad Crossings, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Buoyancy Control, Line Lowering and Boom Spacing, Pipe Yard Design, Surface Load Calculation, Total Number and Angle Calculation for Different Induction and Field Bends, Wall Thinning for Induction Bends, Bend Difficulty Rating Calculation, Bend Length Calculation regarding Transportability, Hydrotest Pressure Calculation with each Elevation Sections of pipelines and wrote reports for each of the above items. Built the stress analysis spreadsheets based on the professional codes API 1102, AREMA, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, DOT (CFR 49 part 192 and 195) and client codes (Enbridge design standards); ran the calculations and compared the results with Pipeline Toolbox & GASCalc Software for verification purposes. Reviewed the Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and the Class III Pipeline Hydraulic Design Proposal prior to doing the fatigue life analysis. Provided recommendations to the clients regarding the alignment of the centerline not only from the Engineering and Constructability point of view but also considering the feasibility of the Right of way (ROW) and the Environmental team after reviewing the System Alternatives and the Route Alternatives that has been addressed by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Generated a report for the amount and location of the valves based on the Intelligent Valve Placement (IVP) and made a recommendation whether to use above grade or below grade valves. Constituted suggestions for using light walls for mainline and open cuts, intermediate walls for bores and wetland push pulls, heavy walls for HDDs and estimated the total length for each type.
