Main tasks:• Lead and manage a team of 7 creators. • Oversee and coordinate the full production cycle through kickoff, concept, creation and delivery.• Drive the production process forward and defining resources, processes and setups needed.Every year, around spring, students from Skåne region’s architectural and design schools host a shared graduation exhibition. All marketing material and advertising is therefore produced by the students themselves.I worked in close collaboration with a team of creatives to develop and produce the exhibition catalogue, containing projects from the graduating Graphic Design students of 2017. I created plans for tasks, timelines and deliverables, while managing a well working and healthy team responsible for the delivery of 600+ high quality catalogues on time.
