In 2016, I co-founded Push Pull Give, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through movement.We've empowered over 500 individuals from underserved communities through our fitness programs, fostering a healthier and more connected community. Our unique approach combines physical activity with holistic well-being, addressing not just physical health but also mental and emotional resilience.I believe that fitness is more than just physical health; it's a catalyst for building strong social bonds. Our mission at Push Pull Give is to equip Singapore's vulnerable populations with the tools for healthy living, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
