Razi got a chance to study here, to design a concept to develop a roll-forming machine that uses PLC as its main controller. Razi had no knowledge about it, so it was a new challenge for him, to learn another thing that was beyond his expertise.Razi identified the problems and what kind of development they needed based on the meeting with stakeholders. Razi started with learning about the machine itself and faced a problem that there was no documentation regarding the machine, so Razi needed to note down what kind of devices were used and search online to learn about the devices. There are a lot of devices that were used like PLC Omron, Inverter, 3-Phase AC Motors, Limit Switch, Relays, etc. Razi learned its electrical wiring, pricing of the components used, how it works, and documented all of it.Based on the machine that Razi had studied, Razi started to design the concept based on the early meetings with stakeholders. The limitation was we would be using the current components and applying changes as few as possible to save cost and time on the first phase of development. In the development concept, Razi's design consisted of 1. A flowchart to explain how it will work, 2. The hardware to choose what kind of inputs and outputs that will be used with PLC, 3. Electronics, from power distribution, electrical schematics, and protection, 4. HMI for system monitoring using Raspberry Pi, 5. Cost estimation of components, 6. Work plan to estimate how long the project will be done. As for designing electrical schematics, Razi used ProfiCAD and in the programming section, Razi used CodeSYS just to make the overview of the program using Structured Text and animate it for better understanding in the presentation.Even though it is only a concept and not implemented yet, it is good knowledge about PLC for early learning, so in the future, Razi will not start from zero when Razi needs to work with PLC.

Previously joined a RevoU Product Management Course and offered to join as Class Manager on Career Support class for about 1 month, helping students create and improve their assets to increase the chance to get their dream job. Responsible to make sure (1) Weekly classes run smoothly (2) Following up on the progress of students ( Absent and Assignments ) (3) Reporting for class, class manager, and instructor performance.Many things learned as Class Manager at RevoU (1) Public Speaking & Self-Confident - moderating and giving good vibes at class. (2) Communication - Sync with the RevoU team, other class managers, instructors, and students. (3) Reporting - Feedback for instructors, daily, and weekly reporting on excel.It was a new challenge for Razi as Class Manager, hard at first because of nervousness, lack of experience, and lack of communication skills. On the first day of class, Razi got a 4.2 performance rating as class manager, but the daily feedback system at RevoU helps a lot for Razi to improve, reading and analyzing feedback is one of the daily tasks for Razi to improve. Thanks to the feedback system, positive vibes from students, and RevoU's team that help a lot in Razi's improvement. At the end of the class, Razi got a 4.7 performance rating from students. There's still a lot of room to improve but it was a really good experience and learning as RevoU Class Manager.

Chosen to be a leader of a team of 7. Responsible to make sure the team participates in yearly contests while developing the robot to be better than the previous year. Assign roles to each member within their expertise while guiding them to solve problems and always improve their skills. Built up a good environment for the team so they can be close to each other and enjoy their work.There was a missing line on developing humanoid robots from previous teams which is the importance of humanoid theories to be implemented in robots and this team is the first to implement one of the humanoid theories called Inverse Kinematics to the robot and use it to tune the robot motion easier, also documenting for further research on next years.

Chosen to be a leader of a team of 6. Responsible to manage the recruitment process. Handle assignments for recruitee, analyzing their persona and skills, interviews, and organizing internal events.Work closely with team and recruitee, got plenty of experience in communication skills. Public speaking, observe and close approach to recruitee to know them better, reporting or presenting progress in a group forum.

Be a part of the Humanoid Division to join KRSBI - Responsible to tune the robot motion by accessing Raspberry Pi with C++ Programming Language, adjusting the parameters to control servos using I2C communication, and learn about Object-Oriented Programming to improve the code to be more user-friendly.(2015) Won 3rd Place of KRI Regional II on KRSBI Division - Held at Universitas Budi Luhur, Ciledug, Jakarta Selatan, 23-25 April 2015.

EIRRG ( Electronics and Intelligence Robotic Research Group ) is a robotics club at Telkom University that focuses on research and consistently being a participant with good accomplishments in KRI ( Kontes Robot Indonesia ) every year. Divided into divisions: KRAI ( Kontes Robot ABU Indonesia), KRPAI ( Kontes Robot Pemadam Api Indonesia ), and KRSBI ( Kontes Robot Sepak Bola Indonesia ).Razi starts his interest in robotics here, explore about robotics, learning how to design in 3D with Autodesk Inventor, learning how to read electrical schematics, making the Sysmin ( System Minimum) circuit with ATMEGA8535 as a microcontroller, and learning how to program the Sysmin with AVR using C Programming Language.
