At The Urban Institute I was an Academic Visitor for two policy centers: the Center on International Development and the Metropolitan Housing and Communities Policy Center. For both groups I provided a desk review of climate change adaption and hazard mitigation strategies to help develop a research agenda.

As a Research Intern, I assisted in a report aimed at informing funders and allies on how to best support organizations focused on progressive issues. I interviewed over 20 executive directors of social justice organizations across 20 states and analyzed the qualitative data.
