I am Razim Gurbanov, working as a specialist at the Experience and career development center of Mingachevir State University. As a career counselor, I have conducted over 250 career choices and 57 career planning consultations. I have organized 8 training sessions on CV/Resume and interview preparation. Within the framework of the Erasmus+KA2 GEOCLIC project, I have involved more than 1500 young people in general activities and provided mentorship support for the formation of startup ideas to 9 teams. Additionally, I have established a 2-person SMM team and carried out corporate negotiations.As the founder and chairman of the Ecoreview Ecologists Club, I have ensured the organization of joint events with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the holding of competitions for eco-activist youth. I have carried out the SMM activities of the center and guided more than 120 young people in writing letters of intent. I have also registered over 180 young people for the Teknofest competition and supported 15 students in writing projects.
