Supervise work progress and work closely with a freelance team of intern designers, decorators, architects, and constructors.8. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.9. Visit sites to oversee construction and coordinate with building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project.10. 1. Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD drawings.2. Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision, and coordinating independently with architects and third parties when required.3. Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.4. Work on Architectural 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visuals and walk through projects.5. Ability to create extremely photorealistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals animation.6. Develop high quality design concepts and visuals that are in-line with our company philosophies and processes7. Responsible for conceptualizing creative designs, producing new ideas and concepts for various corporate events.8.
