• To conduct selection and recruitment process of non-management staff that include maintaining recruitment requisition, internal/external job advertisement, interview, reference check, negotiating and finalizing the offer. • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans• Provide staff orientations• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.• Prepare employee database, Existing report, manpower planning, etc. • Handle disciplinary issues/matters, legal affairs, employee grievance & industrial relations.• Monitor employees attendance, OT, leave & prepare reports as per policy.• Maintain and update all the records, files, documents, and registers in a structured manner.• Providing support for learning and development activities/processes i.e., training program, awareness sessions, etc.• Execute the general HR operational process & activities i.e., organizing & scheduling of meetings, joining formalities, separation formalities, release letters, employment certificates, final settlement, ID cards, visiting cards, etc.• Follow up Pool vehicles including Schedule, Maintenance, & BRTA Documents.• Follow up Cleaning & Hygiene with the measures of Health Safety and Environment.• Any other task by higher Management.

- Recruitment process, CV assessment & process.- Assist policy & compliance.- Assist Training Session.- Maintain & Record Employee File. - Employee Leave, Attendance Process, & Handle FP.- Maintain Record & Month end report.- Assisting Line Manager in general HR operational process & activities i.e., joining formalities, staff separation, formalities, release letters, employment certificates, final settlement, ID cards, visiting cards, etc.- Handle disciplinary matters, legal affairs, employee grievance & industrial relations issues.- Process Office Expenses, Bill preparation, TA/DA check, etc.- Familiar with to use of SAP & FP.- Transport Scheduling & Maintenance.- Canteen management.- Assist Compensation, Retention, Grievance process.- Follow up House Keeping & Gardening.- Any other task by Management.
